As Interim Commercial Excellence Director, you will:
o Establish and implement KPI-driven processes to elevate commercial performance
o Develop and optimize lead generation strategies in collaboration with the sales team
o Coach the sales team to achieve independent success in meeting targets
o Work closely with the Managing Director to guide the transition from operational to commercial excellence
Profile:
o 10+ years of experience in commercial or strategic roles within industrial environments
o Proven experience in KPI setting, lead generation
o Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset, and decisiveness
o Fluency in Dutch
o Holds a Master's degree, preferably in a technical(commercial) field
