As a Sales Talent Matcher at Batenborch Interim Management you will deepen the relationship with your clients at C-level and manage the whole recruitment process from A-Z.
You will join a team of passionate experts, who take the time to understand their clients' business, but also be independent in your way of working. Who we're looking for: Confident, bright and resilient individuals who thrive in a competitive environment which is challenging yet rewarding.
You are able to work under pressure in a target driven way. You have excellent communication skills, a good presence and are able to build long term business relationships.
You are career minded, looking for a role with rapid progression based on merit. sales and recruitment experience. The speed of thought to spot opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell. The ability to be a team player and the capability of operating autonomously.
Language skills NL/ ENG (French is a bonus) We are the business that will invest in you.
