To support this growth, they are looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager who can build strong, long-term relationships with distributors worldwide and accelerate international growth.

As an International Business Development Manager, you will further expand the organization's international distribution network. You will maintain existing relationships with distributors and hospitals while actively seeking new market opportunities across various international markets. You will play a key role in building a global network that is essential to the company's growth and success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and hospitals worldwide.
- Actively search for new market opportunities in Europe and other strategic regions.
- Provide product training and commercial support to distributors to drive sales.
- Identify new strategic partnerships within the medical sector.
- Build a strong global distribution network and strengthen the company’s market position.
Education: You hold a Master's degree.
Languages: You are a native Dutch speaker with a good command of English and French. Knowledge of another (European) language is a strong asset.
Experience:
- You have extensive international experience in sales or business development within the medical sector, specifically in building distribution networks.
- International mindset: You are used to working across different cultures and know how to build successful international relationships.
Skills:
- You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
