For a leading international player at the intersection of health, technology and performance, we are looking for a Sales Transformation & Training Manager. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building a top-tier sales organization. You will turn data and insights into tangible results, coaching both Sales Management and Account Managers to consistently outperform expectations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Shape and optimize the local sales strategy.
• Coach and train the sales organization in value-based and consultative selling.
• Improve processes and tools to measurably increase sales performance.
• Monitor KPIs and translate data into strategic advice.
• Collaborate across departments to further professionalize the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and Sales Management, translating strategic goals into actionable sales activities
• Deploy and optimize the sales process, embedding a culture of accountability and measurable results
• Use a data-driven approach to identify opportunities, gaps, and growth areas within sales performance, and turn these insights into clear action plans
• Train and coach Sales Managers and Account Managers on value-based selling, consultative techniques, and customer-centric solutions
• Design and facilitate learning experiences, including workshops, classroom sessions, and on-the-job coaching, to build lasting capabilities
• Monitor sales KPIs, provide actionable insights, and ensure CRM systems are fully utilized
• Drive cross-department process improvements with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service
• Act as a change agent, building confidence, motivation, and alignment with the wider organizational vision
• Represent the region in alignment sessions with HQ, ensuring local execution meets global standards
• 5–10+ years of experience in sales excellence, sales consulting, or sales leadership.
• Analytical, data-driven, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience coaching and training commercial teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to drive change without formal authority.
• Passion for sports and fitness; energetic, proactive, and hands-on.
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Dutch is a must
• Additional languages (French, Italian) are a plus.
