Sales Capability Manager

For Technogym, the global leader in smart fitness, wellness and performance solutions, we are looking for a Sales Capability Manager who will elevate the Benelux sales organization to the next level. Technogym operates at the intersection of health, technology and design and is trusted by premium hotels, corporates, hospitals, sports clubs and high-end consumers worldwide. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building a world-class, solution-oriented sales organization. You will translate strategy and data into daily execution and coach teams to sell value, not products.

Poste

In this role, you will:

• Shape and continuously optimize the Benelux sales strategy in line with Technogym’s premium positioning
• Coach and train Sales Managers and Account Managers in consultative, value-based and solution selling
• Turn customer needs into integrated solutions across equipment, digital services and long-term partnerships
• Improve processes, tools and ways of working to structurally increase sales effectiveness
• Monitor KPIs and performance indicators and translate insights into concrete action plans

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted sparring partner for the Managing Director and Sales Management
• Deploy and embed the Technogym Sales Process, ensuring consistency and accountability
• Use a data-driven approach to identify opportunities, performance gaps and growth potential
• Design and deliver training programs (workshops, classroom, on-the-job coaching)
• Ensure CRM (Salesforce) is fully embedded as the backbone of performance management
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service
• Act as a change agent, aligning people with Technogym’s vision and ambition
• Represent Benelux in alignment sessions with HQ and share best practices internationally

Profil

• 8–12+ years of experience in sales excellence, sales transformation, sales consulting or commercial leadership
• Proven track record in building and coaching high-performing, solution-oriented sales teams
• Strong experience with consultative / value-based B2B selling environments
• Highly analytical and data-driven; comfortable translating numbers into strategy and execution
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for sport, fitness and wellbeing and affinity with premium brands

• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Dutch is a must
• Additional languages (French, Italian) are a plus.
