About the company
Our customer is a succesfull Belgian production company with the HQ in West-VLaanderen, that is a part of a large international constructiongroup.
More specifically, it's a market leader in the production and sale of standard and custom-made solutions in the field of cable support systems for applications in industry and building technology. As they are rapidly growing and had great financial results in 2025, the company is currently expanding in Europe. To support this expansion, they're looking for a Strategic KAM for the large European key accounts.
Mission
The goal is to drive the commercial development of the key accounts cross-country Europe. This role is essential in strengthening long-term customer relationships and international strategic projects, in close collaboration with the Customer Service team and across the various brands of the Group.

Key Responsbilities
" Manage and grow the customer and distributor base for key accounts across Europe.
" Collaborate closely with Customer Service to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
" Support the development of complex or large-scale projects with different stakeholders.
" Conduct customer visits and organize client meetings.
" Follow up on quotations and actively prospect for new projects with existing and potential key accounts.
" Participate in trade fairs in collaboration with Marketing.
" Share market intelligence and competitor insights with the sales team.
" Prepare sales budgets in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Director.
" Manage net price lists and calculate RFK net prices for customers.
" Approve project discounts within agreed levels.
Candidate Profile
Education
" Bachelors degree or equivalent by experience
Languages
" Fluent French, Dutch, and English
Experience
"You live in Belgium
"You have a stable career.
"You are willing to work via payrole/ an employee-contract.
"You're willing to travel 40% in the West of Europe. (Germany, France, Netherlands, ...)
International experience is not necessary.
"You have clear experience with technical sales with provable results.
"You have experience with selling to big strategic key accounts.
