Brand Manager DIY

This organization is seeking a Brand Manager to join their dynamic team and drive marketing strategies across diverse DIY channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring alignment with the company’s core values.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and effective market penetration. The ideal candidate is a creative and results-driven marketer with a proven track record in managing brands within fast-paced environments.

Poste

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the brand strategy. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the brand is positioned correctly and consistently represented across all marketing communication.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive brand awareness, preference, and ultimately increase market share. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end brand activities—from strategic planning to execution—ensuring that messaging is consistent across all touchpoints, including digital, print, and in-person interactions. You’ll balance the needs of both B2B clients, and consumer-focused initiatives, ensuring that each strategy aligns with the overall brand vision and objectives.

Profil


- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in DIY, gardening, or tools industry
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful local marketing strategies and campaigns, both online and offline
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners
- Proven experience in budget management and ROI analysis
- Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies
- Skilled in conducting market research to inform and guide marketing strategy development.
- Experience with product launches and marketing activations
