To support ambitions for growth and development, our client is currently hiring an Account Manager South Netherlands. The Account Manager will be responsible for growing the revenue in the Housing sector. The target market for this position includes retail flooring shops, interior shops, home owners associations and housing associations. There are several market trends and opportunities that should be addressed with clear focus and vision. In this role you will be directly reporting to the Sales Manager Housing.

Responsibilities:
- Map and pursue segment related large projects
- Maintain relationships with retail flooring shops, interior shops, residential partners, distribution partners, home owners associations and housing associations
- Identify, gather and interpret market developments
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to strengthen the organization's position
- Maintain relationships and develop sales with umbrella organizations and within relevant network organizations
- Maintain intensive contact with (commercial) colleagues for projects with shared responsibilities
- Create and close quotations and umbrella contracts
- Be the ambassadog of the organization at events
- Administration of customer and project information in CRM system (about 30 percent of work activity)

Profil

- Minimum BSc level degree or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent in Dutch and good in English
- Minimum 10 years sales experience
- Experience towards retail preferably flooring shops or related categories is a must
- Experience towards housing cooperatives and home owners associations is an advantage
- Experience in working with an A-brand is an advantage
- Experience with project sales is an advantage
- Experience with the building and construction market is a plus
- Social selling is a plus
- Experience in working with a CRM system
