(Assistant) Account Manager (m/w/d)

As "(Assistant) Account Manager (m/f/d)" you are the first point of contact for German key customers in the internal sales department and responsible for the entire project planning and implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Organization of the back office
- Participation in tenders
- Tracking tenders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers
- Respond efficiently to customer enquiries and react quickly
- Complaints handling
- Manage and analyze customer and category data to leverage insights that can lead to growth
- Agree and co-ordinate brand activations in line with the customer's marketing plans
- Preparation and participation of customer meetings
- Taking over the support of the EDEKA region
- Closely working together with other departments to solve customer queries quickly (e.g. delivery issues)

Reporting to: Sales Director Germany & Austriad

Location: Home Office, Germany
Regular presence at Dutch office in Utrecht (NL)

Profil

Languages:
- German (native)
- English fluent

Education:
- Academic degree (Uni, FH, VWA, BA etc.) or equivalent qualification and professional experience

Experience:
- as Account Manager or as Sales Assistant in the German retail market
