Sales Manager Deutschland (m/f/d)

Our customer is a leading international manufacturer of high-quality industrial lighting systems for extreme conditions headquartered in Finland. It's brand is member of one of Europe's leading lighting companies.

As "Sales Manager Deutschland" you will have the overall responsibility to grow and to develop the German market, except the Eastern part of Germany, which is managed by a long-term distributor who is based in this region.

You will work with both existing and new customer contacts to sell the companies lighting solutions and establish long-term customer relationships. The main stakeholders are end-users, installation/maintenance companies, electrical engineers and distributors. You will be part of the international sales team, where your colleagues are located in Finland, France, Sweden and Austria.


Responsibilities:
- Developing a strategy for the German market and consistently implementation of it
- (Re)activation of old and existing customers
- Developing new customers and increase brand awareness
- Building meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
- Analyzing customer needs and industry requirements to tailor product offerings effectively
- Constant market monitoring to identify prospects, industry trends and competitors
- Developing an account and business development plan with a consequent follow up
- Identification, prioritization and development of key accounts
- Individual approach of prospects
- Highlighting the features, benefits and value propositions of the luminaires to potential customers
- Negotiation of terms and conditions with customers
- Regular reporting to the Sales Director at the HQ

Optional presence at offices of the Group (e.g. in Duisburg)
Presence at Finnish office in (for onboarding and depending on remand)

Profil

Languages:
- German native
- English fluent

Education:
- Academic degree (Uni, FH, VWA, BA etc.) or equivalent qualification and professional experience

Experience:
- B2B sales experience with long sales cycles
- Familiarity with the German industrial market and its key players
