As Key Account Manager Mobile (Retail) for the Belux Market, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales and fostering relationships for the innovative product portfolio. Your mission: Achieve and exceed division targets, enhancing the reputation for quality and innovation through collaborative teamwork. By building strong partnerships with the key accounts, you'll be a crucial player in our growth and success.

Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with a key retailer in the Belux market, ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic annual and quarterly business planning.
- Capitalize on new product launches, manage product life cycles, and identify growth opportunities within existing sales channels. Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure optimal product availability.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to define and execute annual agreements.
- Represent the company at both internal and partner events to reinforce key account relationships.

People Management:
- Collaborate with the Account Manager responsible for in-store visits to develop and implement a localized strategy.
- Set clear sales targets for the in-store sales team.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to the Account Manager.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and interpret detailed sales reports (weekly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual), providing insight into sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze revenue data, track inventory aging, manage invoicing, and gather up-to-date market intelligence to continuously optimize sales strategies.

Marketing & Brand Awareness:
- Recommend strategic sales initiatives and promotional campaigns for new product launches, in alignment with marketing guidelines.
- Strengthen Samsung’s brand visibility and positioning among consumers through impactful marketing and brand activation.
- Ensure precise and effective execution of marketing campaigns, leveraging customer-specific marketing plans to maximize results.

Internal Collaboration:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the sales team and key internal stakeholders, including credit & collection, supply chain, marketing, and legal departments.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure organizational alignment and operational efficiency.

Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the sales budget in accordance with corporate guidelines, ensuring optimal return on investment and supporting long-term strategic growth.

Profil

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and French is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in a Key Account Management role.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to support sound business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Solid commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
