Over the last few years, our client has been able to achieve substantial growth across most of its services and customer segments. Due to increasing innovations, there is a new channel which is viewed as a key growth in the Belgium market. The new segments is the core stakeholder for our client and therefore essential for the satisfaction of all their stakeholders as well as for their business model.
As such, the Sales director position position has been elevated to report directly to the CEO and will be in charge of growit this new customer segment. The Sales Director will be responsible for supporting this ambitious growth and selling to all new customers. They will manage the full scope of services, going from discounts and rebates to daily transactions and commissions.
- Increase massively quality and penetration of a new segment, as well as cross-selling and up-selling ratios in this segment both for the products.
- Maintain high-level commercial relationships (including sector federations and online partners).
- Manage the full Sales value chain.
- Closely collaborate with the leadership team, in particular with the Belux Strategy, Marketing & Product Development team as well as the Public Affairs Director on the commercial strategy and actions plan.
- Lead the team and build knowledge and skills within. Manage the activity by monitoring key KPIs.
- Always respect and promote the brand image and ensure that these are respected more broadly within his team
- Graduate degree with demonstrated high academic achievement or equivalent by experience
- You can express yourself in a professional way in Dutch, French and English
Knowledge and Experience:
- You have a experience in leading a Sales team and building capabilities
- You are familiar with KA as well as SME's
- You have proven experience as Sales leader in a commpetitive envrionment
- You have proven track record of selling into Merchants (all segments)
- You have a background in Business excellence and driving customer satisfaction
- You have a strong commercial acumen
- It's a plus if you can show evidence of having driven growth in the past
- It's a plus if you have a solid project management experience
