Service Technician Italy (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally successful company specializing in machinery and equipment for the resource and recycling industries. Development, production, and global sales in the wood and waste processing segments are all handled in-house.
Poste
As a "Service Technician" you are responsible for the technical quality of the companies services and have a significant impact on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Technical commissioning
- Performing maintenance, repairs, and functional tests
- Ensuring continuous operational performance
- Fulfilling service obligations and delivering service performance
- Systematic troubleshooting of machines, equipment, and systems
- Providing technical advice on products and service solutions
- Analyzing customer requirements and deriving appropriate service configurations
- Remote support service
- Regular reporting on service activities

Director Subsidiaries Europe - Business Unit Service
Location:
home office und travelling within Italy (resident in Italy)
Profil
Languages:
- Italian (native language)
- English (highly desirable)
Education:
- Technical degree in mechatronics, electronics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable qualification
- Additional degree as a technician is a plus
Experience:
- Several years of professional experience as a service technician
- Solid technical knowledge - Strong understanding of technical products and applications
- Proficiency in working with mechanical, electrical, and IT systems
- Experience with SPS/PLC programming (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HMI systems and fieldbuses
- Experience in maintenance, commissioning, and fault analysis
