Our client is an internationally successful company specializing in machinery and equipment for the resource and recycling industries. Development, production, and global sales in the wood and waste processing segments are all handled in-house.
As the "Area Sales Manager for Poland," you will be responsible for proactively managing and expanding the sales territory in Poland within the Service Business Unit. You will ensure technical expertise in sales, develop market potential, and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Technical advice on products and solutions
- Analyzing customer requirements and identifying corresponding product/service configurations
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability
- Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities
- End-to-end order tracking from initial contact to closing the deal
- Proactive follow-up on submitted quotes and their revision
- Close coordination with the back office and the service team
- Systematic entry and management of customer data in the CRM

Location:
home office und travelling within Poland (resident in Poland)
Languages:
- Polish (native)
- English (fluent) and/or
- German (fluent)
Education:
- University degree in mechanical engineering / plant engineering, or
- Relevant business and/or technical education and experience in field related to mechanical engineering or plant engineering
Experience:
- Several years of professional experience in technical sales
- Previous experience as a key account manager is desirable
- Experience in field sales or international sales is a plus
- Ideally, industry knowledge in the waste processing sector
- Strong technical understanding of complex systems and machinery
