As Sales Manager for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, you will play a key role in the commercial development of the region and in leading your team. You will be both a strategist and a local manager, capable of translating objectives into concrete results.
The position is divided as follows: 60% management and 40% work as an audiologist
Responsibilities:
- Development of sales volumes and growth of hearing centers
- Optimization of the organization and commercial priorities
- Translation of annual targets into concrete action plans for each center
- Analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Implementation of actions to improve profitability
- Identification of structural obstacles and development of concrete solutions
- Close cooperation with other departments
- Leadership, motivation, and development of your team with a focus on autonomy and personal responsibility
- Ensuring high-quality customer service
- Applying to the customers sales models, performance of hearing tests (anamnesis, audiometry, etc.), and provision of individual follow-up care
- Managing day-to-day business: administration, inventory management, cash transactions, compliance with GDPR guidelines
- Talent identification and development
- Successful integration of new employees
- Anticipating staffing needs, actively participating in recruiting, and promoting internal mobility
- Ongoing professional development, participation in training courses, and exchange of best practices

Languages:
- French (fluent)

Education:
- Certified audiologist (accredited in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg)
- Authorisation to practise the profession in Luxembourg
Experience:
- Several years of professional experience in audiology
- Experience in team leadership and commercial business development
