Our customer is a multinational active in the production of flooring-solutions. As an international company, they're known as an A-brand and quite famous in Belgium.
They have a BeLux structure with around 20 FTE's and €14-17 million turnover, localised on the west side of Brussels. They sell their premium products through the project market (architects, project developpers, ...) and through specialised distribution channels. To lead the sales-organisation, they're currently looking for a Sales manager BeLux, who will be the end-responsible for sales and report internationally.
Your main responsibility will be to lead the development of the Belux Sales in alignment with the Regional and Divisional strategy. This means:
- To lead operationally Belux sales to achieve targeted results
- To monitor the performance of the set goals and take corrective actions when appropriate
- To lead, develop and motivate the Belux salesteam, guiding the organisation to the next level and ensure that employees are aligned with the strategic direction of the organisation.
- To develop and maintain relationships with our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and building business opportunities.
- To adhere to group and divisional rules and regulations.
Further responsibiltiies will include:
-Sales: Identify, select and realize business and market opportunities for BeLux
- Sales: Build and manage profitable customer relationships to all relevant stakeholders, buying customers and decision making units.
- Sales: Capture value from customers, including needs and requirements to create profits and customer equity.
- Sales: Increase share of market and share of customer.
- Reporting: Periodically report on commercial (financial) performance of designated entity as a basis for founded decision-making
- Representation: Develop and maintain a network with major stakeholders inside and outside the local organization, such as suppliers, unions, governmental bodies as well as (potential) customers
-You live in Belgium.
-You're fluent in Dutch, French & English.
-You have a master or bachelor degree.
-You have a stable career.
-You have a clear track record in sales with measurable results.
-You have at least 5 years of people management experience.
-You have sector exprerience in construction, the project market or related. (B2B products)
