Our customer is an international B2B equipment rental and service group, active in the rental, sales and service of professional machines used across construction, industry, logistics, infrastructure, maintenance and technical project environments.
The company operates across several countries in Europe and beyond, combining strong local customer proximity with the structure and scale of an international organisation. Its business is operational, technical and service-driven, with a strong focus on availability, reliability, safety and customer support.
Behind every rental activity, there is a complex combination of fleet availability, utilisation, machine category, customer needs, local market dynamics and pricing decisions. This makes the company a very interesting environment for someone who enjoys data, business impact and operational complexity.
What’s in it for you?
This role offers the opportunity to combine analytical depth with tangible business impact in a truly international environment. You will work closely with senior decision-makers across different countries, gain exposure to a wide range of markets and operational realities, and play an important role in shaping the group’s pricing approach. Rather than working in a purely theoretical or reporting-focused position, you will see how your analyses and recommendations directly influence profitability, commercial decisions and local business performance.
As Pricing Manager / Senior Pricing Analyst, your mission will be to support the company’s international pricing approach across the group.
You will help bring more structure, visibility and consistency into pricing decisions, while supporting different country organisations in improving profitability. This is a transversal role with international exposure, positioned close to the group and regional structure.
You will work closely with the Head of Pricing, regional leadership, country managers and local teams. Your role will be to transform complex or imperfect data into clear insights, actionable recommendations and concrete business impact.
This is not a pure cost-control role. The focus is on pricing, profitability, data analysis, tooling and business decision-making.
