As Key Account Manager, you will take the lead on one of the most strategic online retail accounts in the Netherlands. You will manage the full relationship across multiple categories, driving long-term growth through joint business planning, promotional strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution, with direct exposure to C-level decision makers. You’ll work closely with internal teams in marketing, supply chain and business control, and act as the commercial driver behind new initiatives. Fast-paced, highly visible, and analytically demanding—this is a role for someone ready to make an impact.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management within retail, e-commerce or FMCG
• Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into commercial action
• Comfortable in fast-paced, short-cycle sales environments
• Proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
• Natural energy, ownership, and a hands-on attitude
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
