Sales Team Manager

Our client is an international company focused on providing sustainable IT solutions. They offer both new and high-quality refurbished servers, storage, and networking hardware, aimed at maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructures for businesses. For the Sales Team, we are looking for a Sales Team Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Poste

- Manage and grow key accounts in the IT hardware and data center infrastructure industry.
- Lead and develop the sales team, fostering trust, autonomy, and ownership.
- Develop and execute reseller sales strategies in a B2B environment.
- Drive solution selling, identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Management, Logistics) to align strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies.
- Manage multinational coordination, ensuring alignment with global stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and implement competitive pricing strategies.

Profil

Education
- Completed relevant Bachelor's / Master's degree.

Languages
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

Experience
- Proven experience in the IT hardware or data center infrastructure industry.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B sales and managing key accounts.
- Sound experience in managing and developing a sales team.
- Sound experience with sales to resellers within a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in collaborating with internal departments, such as Product Management and Logistics.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on employee empowerment, fostering a culture of trust and autonomy where teams take ownership and make independent decisions.
- Experienced in solution-selling, including identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and building long-term partnerships.
- Experienced in a complex multinational organization is an advantage.
