We are looking for an accountmanager, who will strengthen their market position and develop market growth within the Netherlands.
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth by targeting end-users and building long-term client relationships.
- Project coordination: Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Consultative selling: Analyze customer needs, present technical solutions, and position the company's products as a trusted partner in achieving client goals.
- Market analysis and strategy development: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Languages
- Native Dutch speaker.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar B2B sales role with proven success.
- Experience in direct sales to end-users, with a clear focus on building relationships and providing tailored solutions.
- Proven expertise in understanding, explaining, and selling complex technical solutions.
- Technical knowledge of heating and/or heat pumps is considered a plus.
- Skill in creating and executing account plans, as well as active acquisition to attract new customers.
- Experience with consultative selling, where customer needs are translated into concrete, valuable solutions.
- Proven experience in project management, including coordinating and delivering complex projects.
- Experience with market analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to effectively manage customer relationships and sales processes.
