Our client is a leading organization in the paper packaging industry. In this role as Key Account Manager Industry & eCommerce, you will be responsible for the development and expansion of the customer portfolio.

In ths role, your responsibilities include:

- Guarantee Sales targets achievement - i.e. End-to-End Margin, Pricing policy implementation and Credit management.
- Ensure the correct management of commercial activities - price condition, order negotiation, assortment & promotion - and sales operational - order entry, service control, collectable.
- Ensure full and effective deployment of our commercial strategy.
- Farm existing customers to organically grow our revenues.
- Develop and expand customer portfolio to grow our market share in the geography.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.

Profil

- 5+ years' experience in commercial roles with a strong customer focus and key account management.
- Proven experience in the paper industry or packaging; experience in the corrugated cardboard sector is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of establishing and nurturing new business relationships.
- Strong relational skills and capability to deal with diverse customers.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of IT tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) & experience with CRM.
- Instinctively focused on the customer, masters the customer-centric approach.
