Poste

In this role your main purpose will be to:

* Proivide direct leadership to a portfolio of accounts
* Collaborate with the Managing Director in The Netherlands and the Sales Leadership Team in developing new strategies for the one to five-year plans
* Collaborate with your Benelux counterparts
* Plan objectives for the future of the channel, both offline and online, and achieve sales & budget targets
* Be the subject matter expert for the complete sales channel
* Lead and guide direct reports and Sales Support functions efficiently.

Tasks & responsibilties:

* Member of the Management Team
* Contribute to setting and implementing the overall sales strategy
* Develop & implement customized and innovative sales strategies, taking into account the growing importance of the E-commerce landscape
* Drive business in overall commercial priorities, sharing best practices and as appropriate and leading cross departmental projects
* Identify and champion continuous improvement in assigned portfolio including new business and growth opportunities and new ways to better meet customer needs
* Direct the individual account business plans to ensure they meet both the company's and customer objectives and reflect the overall sales and brand strategy
* Lead a team of 5 direct reports in developing and executing innovative and creative new account plans in which both the online and offine presence of the brand is strengthened
* Lead terms negotiations and ensure they remain in line with overall sales strategy with Benelux counterparts
* Present the account plans to the Managing Director for approval

Profil

* Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* Fluency in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.
* At least 5-8 years of experience in a sales management or other relevant commercial role
* In-depth understanding of the retail and E-commerce landscape in The Netherlands and Belgium.
* Strong people management ability and experience in leading a (small) team.
* The ability to work in a data-driven manner and make sound commercial decisions based on data.
* Strong verbal and presentation skills and the ability to persuade and influence on a factual basis.
* Proven commercial track record and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
* Comfortable with financial and legal contractual negotiations/terminology.
* Diplomatic mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
