As Business Development Manager BeNeLux you will be responsible for your region and you act as the face of the company, enabling, building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers to create new sales opportunities. You will build a sales pipeline in the relevant market area that increases sales revenue and profitability while maintaining the group's reputation as a leading manufacturer of safety critical fasteners.
Responsibilities:
o Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities within the local region
o Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the customers fasteners and represent the company
o Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns for the respective market area
o Develop potential new customers through building strong relationships with key decision-makers
o Provide exceptional customer service and support when necessary to maintain long-term customer relationships
o Proactively seek out new opportunities with potential new products, services or accreditations
o Participate in / lead where appropriate negotiating contracts with customers to maximize profitability and long-term value
o Work with the respective business unit to ensure new customers are onboarded in line with company procedures ensuring all required information is clearly communicated
Reporting to: Regional Sales Director Europe
Location: Home office (NL,BE,LU)
o Completed higher education, preferaby within a technical or commercial environment
o Experience in a customer-focused role
o Existing network in the relevant industry
o Fluent in Dutch (native)
o Fluent in English
