As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with major retail and online partners, including large consumer electronics retailers and e-commerce platforms. Your focus will be on executing strategic business plans, optimizing product assortment and availability, and driving mutual growth. In close collaboration with the Product Manager, you will analyze market opportunities and contribute to strengthening the positioning on the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow key retail and online accounts by developing strong, long-term partnerships.
- Design and implement strategic annual and tactical quarterly business plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, ensure an optimal product mix, and maintain product availability in line with company standards.
- Analyze sales data, monitor sales performance, and prepare detailed reports on account activity and results.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Oversee the sales budget for your accounts, ensuring efficient and compliant allocation of resources.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, logistics, and order management to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Profil

As a Key Account Manager, you bring a customer-centric and data-driven approach. You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at managing complex client relationships in a competitive and fast-paced environment. - A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the electronics or retail industry.
- Bilingual fluency in French and Dutch, along with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid analytical capabilities, with experience in sales performance tracking, reporting, and budget control.
- A strong affinity for consumer electronics and a clear understanding of how marketing initiatives impact sales outcomes.
- A flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
