Our client is now looking for a Dutch or French speaking Sales Structure Optimization Manager who will be strategically responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing the recruitment and training structure in the short, medium, and long term.

Responsibilities:
" Leading and optimizing the structure: You will lead a team of 6 sales recruiters, 1 Digital Marketing Specialist, 1 Go to Market Manager and a training team leader, ensuring continuous guidance and monitoring of their performance. You will make sure each team member has the right tools and processes to contribute effectively to the organization's long-term goals.
" Strategic planning and analysis: You will develop and implement recruitment strategies aimed at achieving both short- and long-term goals, with a strong focus on process optimization. You will leverage data and statistics to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and implement strategic improvements.
" Optimizing recruitment processes: In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will implement and improve various recruitment channels and methods. You will optimize the use of these channels to increase the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process, ensuring the recruitment team attracts top talent at a high frequency.
" Data analysis and process optimization: You will continuously analyze recruitment and training statistics to gain insights into performance and areas for improvement. Based on these analyses, you will identify strategic adjustments that not only increase efficiency but also enhance the effectiveness of both the recruitment and training teams.
" Improving candidate and employee experience: You will ensure the candidate experience is optimized throughout the recruitment process and make process adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This will not only foster a positive experience for candidates but also increase the overall speed and quality of the process.
" Long-term training and development: You will oversee the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials to ensure they remain relevant to the organization's changing needs. You will collaborate with sales management to ensure strategic training initiatives align with the company's long-term vision.
" Proactive collaboration with sales management: You will work closely with sales management to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and activities accordingly. Additionally, you will identify strategic training needs alongside sales management and implement initiatives that contribute to the long-term success of the sales team.
" Vision for digital transformation: You will focus on improving and digitizing recruitment and training processes, with technology and data analysis playing a key role. You will develop and implement digital solutions that improve both the speed and effectiveness of the recruitment and training processes.
Education:
You hold a master's or bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience.
Languages:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and French.
A very good command of English.
Knowledge / Experience:
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in sales process optimization.
- You are able to set KPIs and translate these to the team.
- You have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and other internal stakeholders.
