Our client is expanding rapidly in Belgium and Luxemburg and at the moment we have an exciting opportunity for a new position as a Retail Sales Manager to complete their sales team.

Key responsibilities:
- Sales Funnel Optimization: Manage, report, and optimize local Sales Funnel performance in collaboration with our Sales team.
- Customer Experience Ownership: Own the delivery of a seamless experience for B2B and B2C customers in retail channels.
- Sales Support and Retention: Support customer purchases and retention strategies to achieve local sales targets.
- Conversion Target Achievement: Drive the achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales conversion targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Oversee and manage various stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and drive collaborative efforts.
- Conversion Rate Improvement: Proactively drive actions to enhance conversion rates and improve overall performance.
- Lead Management Standards: Execute global lead management standards to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- KPI Reporting and Monitoring: Manage performance through Operational KPI reporting and continuous monitoring.
- Activation Planning Collaboration: Collaborate with partners in weekly and monthly activation planning, contributing to overall success.

Profil

EDUCATION
- University degree or experience that is equivalent to it

LANGUAGES
- Excellent level of spoken and written Dutch, French & English.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
- You have minimum 10 years of experience in account management or key account management
- You have experience in car retail, leasing or insurances.
- Experience in fleet management, mobility service providers or charge point operations is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Good knowledge of Excel & Power Point
- You are collaborative, possesses strong business acumen, and thrives in a team environment.
- You are flexible, proactive, and passionate about delivering a seamless brand experience.
- You have Experience in Sales & Operations management, preferably in the automotive or retail industry
- You have aAt least five years of experience, with an understanding of customer needs.
