Poste

As a Sales Trainer & Coach you will work with senior sales professionals and commercial teams within large international organizations. You facilitate training programs, coach teams and individuals, and help clients improve their commercial effectiveness in sales and negotiations.
In addition to delivering training and coaching, you operate in a partner-driven model in which you are responsible for developing and growing your own client portfolio. This means identifying opportunities, building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, and expanding existing accounts

You will operate within a strong international network of experienced consultants and trainers, supported by proven methodologies, intellectual property and internal resources. The role combines advisory work, facilitation and commercial entrepreneurship.
Successful professionals in this environment often move into senior commercial leadership roles within the organizations they work with, or continue building their career within the international trainer and consultant network.

Profil

Requirements
We are looking for entrepreneurial and commercially strong professionals who combine business acumen with the ability to influence and develop others.
Candidates typically bring one or more of the following backgrounds:

• Experience leading large commercial teams or business units
• Experience as a trainer, coach or facilitator in a commercial or leadership environment
• A strong track record in business development, sales or account management at a senior level

In addition, you bring:

• An entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial drive
• The ability to operate at senior stakeholder level
• Experience within an international or multinational environment
