Our client is part of a multinational and active worldwide as a collector of online news, business and legal information. This information forms the basis of our innovative online solutions in the field of media & web monitoring, reputation management, research and due diligence.

In this role you will be part of a close-knit and dynamic sales team that is jointly responsible for generating new business for client's information solutions for business professionals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets;
- Selling client' solutions to business professionals through contacting (such as cold calling or social selling), product demonstrations and follow-up on marketing-generated leads;
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio, market changes, developments and competing products in order to properly articulate the benefits and respond appropriately to customer and prospect wishes;
- Completing customer activities, updating the sales pipeline using the LexisNexis CRM system and providing clear reporting to product development about the wishes and requirements of prospects with regard to our products and services;
- Negotiating contracts with new customers, ensuring that the customer experience matches the objectives in terms of quantity and quality of contact, and attending client's organized/sponsored (customer) events.

Profil

- HBO/WO;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working in a new business development role in a challenging and commercially driven B2B sales environment;
- Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships, and applying knowledge of best practice sales techniques, including negotiation, presentation and general communication skills;
- Employing a client centric, profit driven approach and able to absorb and retain a large amount of product, system and market information;
- Native Dutch & fluent English.
