Regional Lead - Marketing Insights & Analytics (Northern Europe)

For the Northern Europe cluster, we are searching an Marketing Insights & Analytics leader, being positioned as a building block for future success. The core disciplines within the area are Market Intel, Strategic Planning, Data Analysis and KPI Tracking and Monitoring.

The Manager Marketing Insights and Analytics will report functionally to the Managing Director Benelux with a dotted line to the Head of Marketing Northern Cluster. Next to close collaboration with the Sales- and Marketing organization in the region, one will become part of a newly formed central Marketing team together with peers in other regions with whom one will collaborate on cluster wide strategy projects.


- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluenct in English and Dutch
- 7+ years' experience in a senior data (analytics) / (digital) marketing / market(ing) insights role
- Solid marketing background in targeting and managing effeciency and/or growth in a competitive environment
- Preferably experience in transformation from sales- towards data driven marketing
- Experience working at an international, matrix structerd organization
