The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of 10 account managers within a specific market segment. The Sales Manager holds a key position between people in the field, C-level and other disciplines. In order to do this properly, the Sales Manager uses natural leadership skills, to create a team spirit in which people are open for feedback, and maintain a positive drive to win.
- Min BSc in BA or comparable
-Mastery of Dutch and English language
-Min 5 yr experience in sales in a B2B environment
-Min 2 yr experience in managing people
-Positive track record in implementing a sales strategy
-Experience in working with a premium brand
-Experience with building and construction is a pre
-Strong leadership and people management skills
-Insightful and analytical
-Open and direct
