The Business Development Marketeer is responsible to drive new business development by translating market and consumer needs in food concepts and clear "go-to-market" action plans. He/she is Responsible for executing the Marketing Agenda in the sales regions Benelux & Scandinavia.
- Generate new business and drive expansion by executing the Marketing priorities as set in the Category/Segment Marketing Plans
-To ensure internal alignment on this strategy and to secure required resources and focus needed to achieve the objectives set in the strategy
- Identify and keep a clear overview of Market trends, Consumer assessments and Competitor knowledge
- Be the marketing 'conscience' in the regional sales teams
- Establish the right product offer and positioning in close cooperation with marketing, sales and innovation teams
- Establish & execute "go-to-market" plans
- Work with functional teams to deliver priority innovation projects
- Support New Business Development Manager Europe's on New Business Development Programs / Customer trade shows / Consumer shows etc.
- Min BSc degree in Marketing or Business
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- 3-7 year experience in a Marketing or conceptual Business Development position
- Good track record with using Consumer insight tools
- Experience in a Food or FMCG oriented environment is preferred
