The business is growing rapidly and still in transition from B2B focus to becoming an omni-channel leader. This demands a focus and investment in the company's branding and B2C activities. Additionally, working for the Northern European Business Area, this needs to be realized internationally across Benelux and Scandinavia.
Therefore, the need arises for a Brand Manager to contribute to professionalizing the branding, content and communications across channels. Besides working with the local business units and their communication specialist for execution, you manage the creative agencies in developing the content and communications based on the brand strategy. You do this for all channels, so the project business, professional B2B business and the consumer business. You report to the Marketing Director and help build the brand and strategy for continuing the growth of the business.
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- 5+ years experience in Brand, Communication, Content and Project Management
- Experience in an international business context
- Experience with briefing agencies
- Extrovert, optimistic and proactive personality
- Emotionally intelligent and strong stakeholder management skills
- Detail and result oriented
- Passionate about sustainability
