Brand Communications Specialist

A central force in this transition is found in the marketing department consisting of a central Northern European team of marketeers that is enforced by specialists in the local business units. In order to reach the ambition of the business, they need a driven marketeer to tie ends together and create a basis for branding and communications across channels in a Northern European geographic scope.

The Marketing Director is in need of a sidekick to roll out and execute the vision, realize consistency in brand communications and ensure its coherence with key business strategies. You will be in charge of major internal and external communications projects, as well as guarding the brand development and positioning. You are responsible for briefing and managing agencies, editing the created content, guarding processes and coordinating events that focus on brand experience. A tactical and operational approach is needed, as well as a keen eye for detail.

To be succesful, you are organized, confident and able to influence and cooperate with stakeholders on all levels. The international, innovative and rapidly growing dynamics demand a stress resistant, optimistic and passionate individual. The role reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with channel management, product management, local business units and external stakeholders.


- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluency in Dutch and English

- 3-6 years experience in branding, communications and/or project management
- Experience in an international and branded context

- Extrovert, optimistic and proactive personality
- Emotionally intelligent and strong stakeholder management skills
- Detail and result oriented
- Passionate about sustainability
