To support their ambition to get even more people and businesses to adopt its solutions and join this journey, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can grow and strengthen the professional channel. As part of the marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director, you are responsible for translating the global marketing strategy to local marketing activities in the Benelux region. You strategize the marketing approach and plans specifically tailored to the different countries, channels and clients. Efforts are aimed at any business that serves people with beverages. Either directly, such as hospitality venues who serve customers and company coffee corners serving employees. Or indirectly, such as hospitals and public institutions serving their visitors.

The Benelux marketing team consists of a Digital Marketing Manager, a Brand Marketing Manager and a Marketing Manager for the consumer channel. With the company undergoing a transformation driven by a renewed brand identity, you will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to manifest this transformation in the professional marketing activities. Using it to accelerate the business and impact society. Therefore, the Marketing Manager Professional must still be energized by operational activities, while having a strong contribution to the company's overall marketing strategy.


- Bachelor or Master degree
- Native Dutch or Flemish
- 5+ years experience with B2B Marketing
- Experience with Dutch and/or Belgian markets

- Analytical and Result-Oriented approach
- Direct and confident, but well-advised and considerate
- Bold and proactive
