Brand Marketing Manager Benelux

Our client is an international corporation, specialised in healthy water solutions. They operate in B2C and B2B markets, yet are driven by a strong consumer-oriented brand approach. The company provides a strong contribution to sustainability, by directly reducing the amount of plastic waste. Additionally, its products contribute to a healthier society.

Besides the homes of consumers, the company's solutions and systems are found at any location that offers beverages to visitors, customers or employees. Think about hospitality venues, like restaurants and hotels, but also at company cafeteria's, coffee corners and public places, such as hospitals.

The company is going through a transformation due to shifting market activity, increased competition and changing consumer values. The company is market leader and still has great potential for achieving further growth. Hence, they are strengthening the fundament of their marketing strategy through repositioning of their brand.

Poste

As Brand Manager Benelux, you are a driving force behind this transformation. The brand should be built and integrated throughout the different channels, based on insights and perception of their consumers. The brand should be defined by its strengths trustworthiness and sustainability. Through online and offline brand activation campaigns, their commitment to sustainability and being the go-to solution in the market should be brought to live.

To achieve this, your role as brand manager will consist not only of actual brand operations, such as brand asset & content creation, influencer liaising, social media, PR and brand partnerships. Yet, will also have a strong change and stakeholder management component. As driver of a new strategy, it is your responsibility to align forces internally and ensure brand synergy and identity is dispersed throughout the organization.

Profil

- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required

- 5+ years experience in Brand Management for Consumer A-brands
- Experience with ATL, BTL & PR campaign development, online and offline
- International experience, preferably Benelux

- Analytical and thorough approach
- Impactful and influential communication skills
- Creative
- Direct, but well-advised
- Confident
