The Sales Manager will develop and execute the commercial plan and carry full P&L responsibility for their channel. He or she will invest in long-term relations and will bring a data-driven and customer oriented approach to the table. This will transpire to the marketing strategy and activities adopted, the challenging negotiations one performs and the way sales representatives act towards clients they visit.
You report to the General Manager Benelux and manage a small team of sales representatives and marketeers.
- University degree
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required
- 7+ years of commercial experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods
- Experience with challenging negotiations
- Experience with growing sales revenues through managing key accounts in an (international) FMCG environment
- Experience with managing your own P&L
- Intrinsically data-driven
- Structured and organized
- Ambitious, motivated and stress-resistant
