Lead Commercial Development - Consulting Exit

We are searching for (former) top-tier, medior level Strategy / Management Consultants to become part of our client's organization and support the Global Commercial Transformation strategy. Considering the fast phase market dynamics and current disruptions, our client is eager to invest on both short term and long term innovations to hold and future proof their leading market position in the B2B landscape.


A multi-disciplinary team will be formed out of both new and existing talent pools, with the goal to create a valuable mix of backgrounds and commercial perspectives. This team is part of the Global Strategy & Innovation department, matrix responsible to design and drive change across both disciplinary (Sales, Marketing, Digital, IT & Operations) and country BU's.


- 6+ years working experience at a top-tier consultancy firm; international experience is a plus
- Proven track record in Commercial Excellence and/or Business Model Innovation
- Proven experience and finesse in multi-level stakeholder communication and change management
- Knowledge of and experience in Lean / Agile principles
- Strong political sensitivity, yet perseverant and evincive
- Strong strategic helicopter view with broad business sense and commercial drive
- Accountable, decisive and hands-on
