Global Brand Transformation Lead

Our client is a Global FMCG Market Leader, currently engaged in a Global Brand Transformation program. For the next 2 years, the program will be rolled out - country by country, across all markets, across all different product portfolio's.

The program touches upon Sales, Marketing and Digital - aiming for the organization to build strong future proof brands: based on data-driven research, backed up with the right commercial capabilities.


A selected team of high-performing Brand consultants and Data analysts will take the lead in rolling out this program. To complement the team, we might be searching for you.

You will asses and deep dive into each specific market to perform all brand related analysis. You generate (1) insights on how to implement the program successfully and (2) initiatives for acceleration and program impact.

As the Master in your field, you will consult, engage and collaborate with markets across Sales, Marketing and Digital departments - empowering them with the right tools and improving their knowledge, capabilities and skills.


- 5 -8 years' experience in global consumer marketing environments, or top tier consultancy firms
- Experienced in and knowledge of building brands and/or entering new categories
- Experienced in and knowledge of consumer research, brand analysis and insight definition
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Adaptive, fast and flexible
- International (experience is a pre) mindset
- High willingness to travel (50% within a month)
