In this role, you will be responsible for the sales growth on a national and international level. You will lead sales operations and customer service while a continuous focus should be applied on a customer-centric, high-performing operation. Sustainable sales growth and healthy financial performance is expected. You are responsible for making key decision based on business strategy, delegation of authority and budget. You will be part of the management team and will report to the Managing Director.
- MSc/BA in Business, Marketing or equivalent job experience
- 10+ years' experience working in a commercial role
- Experience with leading a sales team
- International sales management experience
- Experience of working with distribution channels is preferred.
- At ease working both with long-term visions as well as hands-on execution
