Our client is a leading producer of high quality paper, graphics and adhesives solutions. With a strong positioning in the Benelux market, they are looking to further grow their market share within the Benelux geography. The company highly values sustainability. In this role, you will be responsible for building up the Dutch market.
In this role you will:
- Facilitate sales target achievement by visiting and developing key accounts
- Farm existing customers to organically grow revenues
- Develop and expand customer portfolio to grow market share in the Benelux
- Ensure continuous sales reporting
- Keep levels of client satisfaction high
- Continuously assess and improve collaboration with sales partners
o Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business or equivalent knowledge/experience
o 5+ years' experience in commercial roles with strong customer focus and (key) account management
o Instinctively focused on the customer, masters the customer-centric approach
o Experience on structured international environments with a matrix structure is a plus
o Experience in Paper Industry or Packaging, Printing sector will be considered a strong plus
o Strong relational skills and capability to collaborate with different functions
o Languages required: Fluent Dutch, English and French is a plus
o Willingness to travel across Benelux
