Marketing Manager
Our client is a global operating firm with the production of high-quality animal nutrition at its core. The organisation focusses on primary producers of dairy, meat and eggs and is market leader within several sectors. The organisation has establishments in twenty countries with its headquarters located in the Netherlands. by placing responsibilities at low points in the organisation, every employee is able to make a difference which also shows the no-nonsense mentality of the organisation.
Poste
In this role, you will become a key player in the global marketing department. You will be in charge of the entire marketing, branding and communication policy, where you will give substance to the marketing roadmap with other global departments. It is your second nature to use customer insights as a starting point for developing new propositions and bringingthese into the market. You know how to apply different digital marketing tools in order to engage with customers and other stakeholders, which will lead to succesful introductions and implementations of concepts, products and services, as well as strenghtening existing market positions.
You will play a pivotal role in the creation of alignment between different business units and the sharing of best practices. An entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, pragmatism and result-oriented mindset are needed to become succesful as a Marketing Manager.
Profil
- MSc/BA in Marketing or business
- 7+ years marketing experience
- Experience within a brand-driven production environment
- Go-get mentality
- Strong in stakeholder management
- Communication skills and persuasion power
- Culturally sensitive
- International working experience
- Willingness to travel
- Affinity with the agricultural sector is an advantage;
