For the Benelux segment, we are looking for a brilliant and enthusiastic Service Manager who will be in charge of ensuring high-end technical service performance.
In this role, you will run the after-sales department by managing the team efficiently and effectively to obtain customer loyalty and achieve assigned goals. In this role you will be responsible for a team of 40 FTE.
- Provide an excellent performance of after sales, consistent with brand positioning, through the correct usage of systems and processes end-to-end.
- Lead customer satisfaction in terms of quality of service.
- Manage costs of the technical after sales organization, in line with assigned objectives.
- Manage the performance of the field force, including external service providers.
- Provide to HQ “real time feedback” on product and service issues from the market.
- Lead staffing and competencies of the Technical After Sales organization, in order to guarantee the expected level of service to customers.
- Develop organization effectiveness, people development and engagement.
- HBO level
- 5+ years experience in Management of an After Sales department
- Knowledge of Digital and IT tools.
- Experience in Services business.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong leadership which inspires colleagues and customers.
- Problem solving
- Pro-active and enthousiastic.
