Based in their recently opened office in Amsterdam, we are searching for an experienced Sourcing Manager. Europe is a world-class manufacturing centre in categories such as Ceramics, Flooring, Wood products, and Home Textiles, and for that reason a valueable sourcing location. The experienced sourcing manager will be responsible bringing potential suppliers on board, making a strategic sourcing plan, product & category management, negotiating and logistics.

Profil

- Bachelor's Degree in business or other profession in related fields
- Fluent in English, Dutch & German are a plus

- 7+ years of experience within the retail market, preferably within DIY
- 5+ years of strategic purchasing experience and merchandising
- Experience of working in European business environments, and preferably with the USA
- Proven track record in supplier management & negotiating

- Amsterdam based
