Global Digital Marketing Manager

Poste

Due to the organization's rapid growth and it's digital transformation agenda, we are looking for a Global Digital Marketing Manager. The focus will lie on growing sales and market share among existing customers/users by understanding their needs and wishes better and ever innovating product- and service offerings, as well as on making the brand the preferred brand among new customers/users.

You will closely collaborate with the Regional Sales Managers, E-commerce Director, Marketplace Manager and of course with your direct peers in the Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:
> Customer Journey Mapping & Improvement: across products, brands and regions
> Lead generation & Conversion: across both current and new accounts
> Content & Campaign managemen: SEO, SEA, Social Channels, Online media, platforms, e-mail
> Performance Management: Google analytics, CRM, A-B testing, KPI's, Dashboards

Profil

Education
> Bachelors/Master Degree
> Educational background in Marketing is preferred

Languages
> Fluent English

Knowledge and experience
> Minimum of 8+ years of working experience, of which 5+ years in digital marketing management, where 2+ years has been with strong focus on SEO/SEA, e-mail marketing, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, A/B testing, Google Adwords);
> Experience with and knowledge of CMS: is able to design and drive the professionalization of content management efforts to create topical content and campaigns
> Experience with working project-based and leading projects within multidisciplinary teams

Strong communicator, ability to handle fast-pace growing environment, stress resistant with an entrepreneurial approach
