With a dedicated team and sales offices in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and China the company's current sales range reaches more than 30 countries.

Poste

The company is looking for an ambitious new Sales Director, who will become part of the MT of the organisation, to further drive international growth and to help expand its European client base. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective towards the current commercial operations with the ultimate goal to successfully expand the current (international) client portfolio based on a long-term client oriented vision.

Profil

Education
- HBO and/or University degree

Experience
- 10+ years in a senior commercial leadership role
- Retail and/or e-commerce experience
- Experience in managing Key Accounts
- Experience in developing and implementing a sustainable sales and distribution strategy
- Experience in leading, motivating and developing commercial teams
- Experience in a Management Team is a plus
