Customer Insights Manager

Our client is a leading producer of decorative consumer goods, active in over 80 countries. They offer solutions under the wings of multiple renowned A-brands and continuously strive to innovate their offerings locally and internationally.


The customer marketing team is looking for a Performance Insights Manager to inspire such innovations. In this role you are responsible for monitoring and interpreting market trends and customer behaviour, through analyzing the many available data sources. You translate the insights derived from this to advices and predictive models, which you present to internal stakeholders. Your data-driven input will be the main inspiration for marketing and product innovations in the retail and trade channels.


- University degree
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required

- 3+ years experience in data or market analytics
- Experience in a branded consumer goods environment
- Experience in a large, multinational organisation is preferred
- Experience with formulating actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights
- Advanced Excel skills
