Sales Manager Disruptive Platform

Our client is a rapidly growing, ambitious digital start-up in the consumer landscape. Their innovative platform business is disrupting the traditional market in which they operate and has caused them to quickly evolve into a renowned name among the public. They are fully committed to providing transparency and quality in the journey from supplier to ultimate owner.


Their fast-paced growth has resulted in the wonderful opportunity for a sales manager to lead the current team, as well as contribute to the significant commercial growth and the subsequent expansion of the sales team. Hence, we are looking for a no-nonsense, strongly commercial leader. In close collaboration with the CCO, to whom this position will report, you will translate the strategy and ambitions of the organisation to the activities of both the current team members, as well as potential additions on the short-term.

You will carry the responsibility over the results of your team and you will invest your time in improving the needed skill and knowledge of each individual. With the nature of the organisation being a platform construction, you will be involved with operations on a day-to-day basis.


- 7+ years experience in a commercial role
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- Experience with a digital/platform-related business
- Customer-centric problem solver
- Down to earth, entrepreneurial and result-driven mentality

- HBO / BSc degree
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Region: NL
