As "Senior Brand Builder" you contribute to defining and implementing the marketing plans for the company Group brands as well as third-party brands, based on market, consumer, and competitor data analysis. You actively participate in developing brand strategies with the company Group's production countries and ensure their effective rollout across various sales channels, while optimizing the customer experience and commercial performance. The customer needs and market request will be the center of your brand building strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Data analysis from quantitative and qualitative market research, market panels, and competitive intelligence
- Identification of growth opportunities and contribution to uncovering key insights
- Guidance of marketing and commercial decisions
- Development of strategic recommendations for decisions on assortment, communication plans and cross channel activations (on- and off-trade)
- Development of annual brand marketing plans in collaboration with the company Group's production countries, partners and third-party brands
- Definition of communication and trade marketing activation strategies
- Participation in the development of commercial plans for Germany
- Establishing marketing budgets in collaboration with the GM and CFO
- Development and coordination of all market activities across various distribution channels
- Preparation of tools and materials for the sales force and distributors
- Coordination of campaign execution, optimizing budget/ROI
- Collaboration with commercial teams to ensure operational effectiveness
- Tracking of marketing and commercial KPIs related to campaigns and activations
- Evaluation of the impact of initiatives (ROI, traffic, sell-out, visibility, etc.)
- Recommendation of adjustments or corrective plans based on results and field feedback
- Close collaboration with sales teams, the CMO, production countries, and external partners
- Regular communication to integrate feedback and adjust actions accordingly
- Participation in project meetings and synchronization points across departments
- Analysation and interpretation of consumer data, panels, and commercial performance

Education:
- University degree
- Alternatively, higher education in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing or trade marketing role, ideally in FMCG or specialized retail environments
- Collaborating with sales teams or participating in cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing levers (promotion, visibility, point-of-sale activations)
- Proficiency in marketing management tools (panel data and reporting)
- Experience in challenging and managing specialized agencies
- Understanding of digital performance metrics and their interpretation
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams and project-based environments
- Ideally in on- and off-trade
