As "Senior Brand Manager" you are the 'spider in the web' when it comes to managing and energising of multidisciplinary teams. It involves combining long-term brand development with short-term activity for the strategic focus country that is Germany. You are also expected to help shape the brand strategy and positioning of the brand in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- All short-term and long-term marketing activities for the brand
- Ensure the brand grows in Germany in line with the strategic targets
- Management of the (multidisciplinary) Business Team Germany
- Portfolio & Pricing strategy
- Innovation / product development including activation in stores
- Brand strategy and positioning
- Visual identity of the brand in Germany
- Ultimate responsibility for all communication and the right media mix for the brand in Germany, including shopfloor
