With their innovative products, our client guarantees long-term waterproofing for roofs, cement structures or cement parts such as those used for car parks, basement walls, roof gardens, ponds and art.

Poste

As "Vertriebsleiter Deutschland" you will manage all sales activities and be responsible for the further development and optimization of sales processes for the German region. As an experienced manager, you will lead and grow your team and consistently implement the corporate strategy and goals. You will manage your own customer portfolio and coach your team member as well.


Responsibilities:

- Lead, grow and develop your sales team and the German market

- Developing and implementing the sales strategy, taking into account the corporate strategy

- Implementing the corporate strategy

- Developing concepts and measures to ensure that the goals are achieved

- Management and control of selected Accounts

- Further development of new sales channels and customers

- Identification of potential fields and business opportunities

- Identification of further growth opportunities

- Constant monitoring of the market, developments and sharing relevant information

Profil


Languages:

German (Mother tongue)
English (fluent)
Dutch (nice to have)


Education:

Completed studies in a commercial field (preferred)
Alternatively: comparable professional training and corresponding experience


Experience:

At least 5 years of professional experience in product and services sales preferably in the Building Supplier Industry
Roofing Industry experience (preferably)
Sales- / Account-Management
